Stainless steel dinnerware can be washed with hot water and mild dish soap. Please be careful not to use harsh dish soap and do not leave your kitchen dinnerware to air dry. After washing and rinsing your dinnerware with water, dry it gently with a cotton rag to prevent the appearance of corrosion.  If noticeable rust spots appear on dinnerware use citric acid to remove them
